National Night Out In Battery Park City

Last week Mayor Bloomberg and Police Commissioner Ray Kelly celebrated National Night Out with the 1st Precinct in Battery Park City. Mayor Bloomberg thanked the officers of the 1st Precinct for their hard work and support in lowering crime rates in lower Manhattan 56% over the last 10 years.
